The Money Tree is fairly easy to care for if given the right conditions. They will grow upwards of 5' after a few years. They're believed to bring wealth in finances, fulfillment and overall security. This plant is often gifted. 

 

Light

Thrives in bright indirect light. This plant will falter and drop leaves if in too low or too high conditions. Prefers a bright east or west window. 

 

Water

Water weekly, allowing soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Overwatering will result in a soft stem and root rot. Underwatering will result in leaves falling and a dry stem.

Humidity

Money trees prefer moderate to high humidity. 

 

Soil

Regular houseplant soil works best.
